What we do
Classes and workshops
Painting in oils, acrylic and watercolour, life drawing, printmaking, and after-school classes for young people.
Exhibitions
Two public art shows a year, plus the permanent Art Walk in businesses along High Street.
Membership
$60 a year. Exhibit in our shows and join a community of local artists.
A community art group in the Macedon Ranges
Woodend Art Group has been part of the Macedon Ranges arts community since the early 1970s. We're a volunteer-run not-for-profit, based at the Woodend Railway Station since 1982.
Whether you're a practising artist, an absolute beginner, or you just want to try something new, there's a place for you here.

We're in the old refreshment rooms at a working V/Line station on the Bendigo line, so you can visit from Melbourne without driving.
